Losing a spouse must surely be one of the toughest things to cope with. Your marriage may not have been perfect, and like all relationships, had more than its fair share of ups and downs. But unlike those heading for the divorce courts, you were reasonably happy together. You may have been married a few years, or been together for twenty, with kids and maybe even retired.
