Cancellation

Before Delivery: You may cancel your order at any time before the Service is delivered (e.g., before the astrology reading is generated and emailed). To cancel, contact us at privacy@futurescopes.com with your order details. We will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
After Delivery: Once the Service is delivered (e.g., the reading is emailed), cancellations are not permitted, as the content is personalized and non-returnable. However, you may be eligible for a refund under our Returns policy below.

We are not responsible for cancellations due to incorrect information provided by you (e.g., wrong email address leading to non-delivery).

Returns and Refunds

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are available only if:
The Service does not meet the description provided at the time of purchase.
There is a technical error attributable to us (e.g., incorrect delivery or formatting issues).

Changes in personal circumstances or dissatisfaction with astrological interpretations (as these are subjective and for entertainment purposes only).
Partial refunds or exchanges—our services are non-tangible and cannot be partially returned.
Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to change service fees at any time, but this will not affect orders already placed.

Exceptions and Limitations

Digital Nature: As our services are digital and customized based on your provided data (e.g., birth details), they are exempt from standard return rights under many consumer laws. Refunds are offered at our discretion beyond legal requirements.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays in refunds due to events beyond our control, such as payment gateway issues or acts of God.
